Homeowners across Boca Raton call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say β show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Gutter Installation job with a written warranty.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Boca Raton has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Gutter Installation crews are local, licensed, and accountable β every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Boca Raton crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail β licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Boca Raton as urgent β temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
When patching stops making financial sense, a full tear-off and reroof resets the clock on your home. We strip old material down to the deck, replace any rotten sheathing, install proper underlayment and ice-and-water protection, and finish with a manufacturer-certified shingle or metal system backed by a real warranty.
Commercial roofs fail differently than residential ones β ponding water, seam separation, and membrane wear don't always show up until there's a leak on the sales floor below. Our Boca Raton commercial division services TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems on retail, industrial, and multi-family properties.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
A roof is only as good as the parts that direct water off it. We repair and replace step flashing, valley flashing, chimney flashing, and gutters that have pulled away from the fascia β small jobs that prevent big leaks down the road.
We're not trying to be the biggest Gutter Installation company in Boca Raton, FL β we're trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof β no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here β it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
Our team has sat through enough adjuster meetings in Boca Raton, FL to know what documentation actually moves a claim forward.
We treat your yard and driveway like we'd want ours treated β swept, protected, and cleared before we leave each day.
